TEACHER
Mr Hernandez is a native Spanish speaker, certified by the University of Sevilla in Spain with a Master degree in Languages Teaching, Secondary Education and Vocational Training.
FREE TRIAL
Free trial class will last 20 minutes. It is totally free and does not oblige you to hire lessons if you do not want to.
Free trial class is not compulsory.

Access given to students is strictly personal and untransferable.
No part of the resources may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photo-copying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the teacher, except in the case of free access and downloading.
Resources, lessons, exam materials do not have an expiration date.
TUITIONS
Location
All lessons will be taken online via Zoom, except for students living in Dubai who require tuitions in person.
Schedule
Single sessions last 2 hours. Before starting the classes a complete course schedule must be programmed (days and timing) to help us help you achieve your goals.
Cancelation
In the case you cannot attend a session due to a personal issue, you must notify the teacher about your absence at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your class. We will then work together to re-adjust the lesson in our timetable. You must notify spanishconhernandez@gmail.com by email to make any changes. If you do not inform about your absence 24 hours earlier, it will be charged.
Tuitions have an expiration of 6 months from the time of purchase: after that, if the lessons have not been completed, the amount paid will not be refunded.
In case of technical problems (WiFi, connexion issue) the class will be rescheduled.
Reimbursement
Spanish Con Hernandez will not reimburse any tuition or package once the payment has been received.
Method of Payment
Payments must be made by direct Bank Transfer.
The bank details will be shown once the order is finalized.
Full payment must be made in advance. Once the payment is received, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
